Terms of Use

Terms of Use on my Artworks:

You May Not:
- Use my art as avatar or banner (Those are kind of like an ID card for me)
- Use my art for any commercial purposes, digital or printed (This is common sense, but some people don’t get it. If you want my art on your publication, ads or anything, the proper way is to pay for it)
- Claim my art as your own (Just because I put them on the net doesn’t mean it’s free for use and share. I post them as my portfolio and because I want/need critique and opinion from other artists)
- Alter my art in anyway (and then publish it)
- Print and sell my art without my consent.
- Use my art as a part of your work (as background for your painting or collage, for example) without my consent
- Basically anything else where you gain profit by using my art without my consent.

You May:
- Feature my art on your journal, blog, websites, in condition that you ask me first and I agree, you credit me for it and place a link from that feature to my gallery
- Use my art for personal, non profit purpose, for example: using my art as reference or practice, print it for your own viewing pleasure (as long as you don’t sell it)
